Vivo X300 series is launching in global markets today (October 30), after debuting in home country China earlier this month. The lineup includes two models – the standard Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro. Like the Chinese counterparts, the global models will pack the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipsets. The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are expected to pack similar hardware as the Chinese variants. The X300 sports a 6.31-inch 1.5K (1,216 x 2,640 pixels) BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED flat screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The X300 Pro is equipped with a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,216 x 2,800 pixels) display with the same screen tech and refresh rate as the standard model. Internally, the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro run on the latest MeditaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. Both models ship with OriginOS 6, based on Android 16.
For photography, both models feature a ZEISS-tuned triple rear camera setup. The X300 comes with a 200MP Samsung main sensor, a 50MP JN1 ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens. The X300 Pro, on the other hand, gets a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 50MP JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. On the front, both models feature a 50MP selfie shooter.
The global variants of the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro are said to pack 5,360mAh and 5,440mAh batteries, respectively. The Chinese models house 6,040mAh and 6,510mAh units, respectively. Both models may support 90W fast wired and 40W wireless charging.
According to a recent XpertPick report, citing tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, the Vivo X300 series will be offered in a single 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant in the global markets. The X300 is said to be priced at CZK 26,990 (approx. Rs 1,14,000), while the X300 Pro could be priced at CZK 34,990 (approx. Rs 1,48,000).
In China, the Vivo X300 is offered at CNY 5,299 (approx. Rs 66,000) for the same RAM + storage configuration. The X300 Pro costs CNY 5,999 (approx. Rs 74,800) for the 16GB + 512GB variant.
