GTA VI might be delayed internally until mid-2026: Rumors

Now, a reliable tipster, Billsyliamgta, has revealed on x.com that the game has been internally delayed to early or mid-2026. Following that, the PC version of the game will be launched around 12 to 18 months after the console version’s debut.

According to his tweet, the information has been confirmed by developers from two different studios. If the rumor holds any truth, then it could be a little more than disappointing for the fans as they have been waiting for a long time now. And considering that the PS5 Pro is all set to make a debut this month itself, the delay in GTA VI could hamper the sales of the console as well.
