The excitement around Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) is only getting louder as Rockstar Games inches closer to what could be one of the biggest video game launches ever. It’s been 12 years since GTA V hit the shelves, yet the hype for its successor refuses to slow down. Every new GTA 6 leak or teaser sends fans into a frenzy. GTA 6 Gameplay & Storyline

Officially, Rockstar has stated that GTA 6 will centre on the two characters as they navigate the depths of a dangerous criminal empire in what is likely a fictional state of Leonida – based loosely off Florida. According to the studio, the story follows the duo after a heist gone wrong, forcing them to rely on each other for survival while being hunted across sun-soaked cities and dense backwaters. GTA 6 Characters and World

Besides Jason and Lucia, several new characters will join the narrative, including Boobie Ike, Brian Heder, Cal Hampton, Dre’Quan Priest, Raul Bautista, and Real Dimez. Rockstar describes GTA 6 as the “biggest, most immersive evolution” in the franchise’s history, with Vice City making a return as the central location. GTA 6 Trailer 3 Release Timeline (Expected)

The much-anticipated third trailer is said to be around the corner, with reports hinting at a December 2025 release. Fans are expecting it to dive deeper into gameplay elements, the backstories of the main characters, and the revamped streets of Vice City.

GTA 6 Release Date

Rockstar has already confirmed that GTA 6 will launch globally on May 26, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S users. A PC version will follow later, though the timeline for that release is still under wraps.

GTA 6 Price in India (Expected)

It is expected that the standard edition will be priced around Rs 5,999 in India, while special edition bundles could cost Rs 7,299 or higher.

GTA 6 PC Requirements

Leaks suggest players may need at least an Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, GTX 1080 Ti or Radeon RX 5700 XT, 8GB RAM, and about 150GB of free storage to run GTA 6 smoothly once it arrives on PC.
