This plan is targeted towards those who want unlimited fast internet for a limited time to download some movies or videos from the web. That said, this affordable plan doesn’t have voice benefits. Want unlimited data to download extra episodes of a show or to download that Genshin Impact update? Airtel has an affordable data plan for you. Airtel’s new prepaid data plan costs just Rs 9, and it offers unlimited internet for 1 hour. That’s enough time to quickly download that game of yours or a couple of episodes of the show. As you’d guess, it’s a top-up plan so it doesn’t come with any voice benefits. The plan also doesn’t bring any SMS benefits. That said, you should have a basic plan underneath to get this one. While there’s unlimited internet, it has an FUP (fair usage policy) limit of 10GB. After exhausting the 10GB limit, the speed will be reduced to 64kbps. If you want to recharge with the Rs 9 prepaid plan, you can head to the Airtel India website or the Airtel Thanks app. Other than this, there’s another recharge plan that offers unlimited data for an affordable price, i.e. the Rs 39 plan. This plan offers almost the same benefits, but the validity is for a full day. Similar to the new Rs 9 plan, you can also find the Rs 39 and other prepaid data plans on the Airtel Thanks app and the website.

In other news about Airtel, the company recently increased the validity of its Rs 395 prepaid recharge plan. The plan had a validity of 56 days, however, it was revised to 70 days. The recharge plan offers unlimited local voice calls to any network and 600 SMS. Buyers get 6GB of total data. This plan is for those who only use the Internet for browsing or to use social/instant messaging apps. Those who want more data, voice benefits, and SMS, can go with some other plan offering daily data and added benefits.
