Dreame Technology, a brand known for its robotic and cordless vacuum cleaners, has announced that it will now be available via electronics retailer Croma. This way, you will be able to experience the products in over 20 cities in India. This marks Dreame’s first entry into physical stores in India, after performing well on Amazon. How will it benefit you? With this new partnership, you can visit “Dreame Zones” at select Croma stores and try out the products before buying. From robotic vacuums and wet-and-dry cleaners to cordless stick vacuums and grooming tools, Dreame is offering you a chance to explore its products in person, test their features, and get a feel for how they work. Manu Sharma, Managing Director of Dreame India, said the idea behind going offline is to connect better with customers. “This is not just about visibility—it’s about building trust and letting people experience our products first-hand,” he shared. Retail experts say having products in stores helps build credibility, especially when customers are investing in higher-priced, tech-driven home appliances. To celebrate the launch, Dreame is running special offers from July 15 to 20 at Croma stores. Buyers can get up to 10% extra discount using select credit cards (IDFC Bank, Amex, HSBC, and Bank of Baroda). No-cost EMI options are also available on some models.
Dreame is also putting a focus on after-sales support. Customers can access a toll-free helpline, pickup and drop service, on-site installation, and warranty coverage—2 years for grooming products and 1 year for cleaning devices.
It must be noted that Dreame started its India journey in early 2023 and has already made its presence felt online. Now, with Kriti Sanon onboard as its brand ambassador and a growing offline footprint, the company is aiming to reach more homes with its smart, convenient solutions.
