Xiaomi 17 Series Specs, Features

The standard Xiaomi 17 will debut with a 6.3-inch flat OLED display, offering a 19.6:9 aspect ratio and ultra-slim 1.18mm bezels. The Xiaomi 17 Pro will carry the same display specifications, while all three devices are confirmed to use M10 screen luminescence technology, which Xiaomi claims delivers the industry’s highest luminous efficiency at 82.1 cd/A. news Also Read: iQOO 15 Launching Soon With Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, LED Camera Ring, And Sleek Design

The Xiaomi 17 Pro Max is where things get more interesting – it will feature a brand-new independently arranged RGB pixel stack, designed to eliminate pixel pooling while cutting power consumption by 26% compared to standard 2K panels. This makes it one of the most energy-efficient high-resolution displays to date.

Under the hood, all three Xiaomi 17 models are expected to run on Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with Xiaomi HyperOS 3 out of the box.

Both Pro models will pack Xiaomi’s new Jinshajiang battery, which uses an L-shaped stacked packaging design with a 16% high-silicon content, supporting up to 100W wired charging.

Xiaomi 17 Pro Camera

On the camera front, the Xiaomi 17 Pro series will be first to feature the Light Hunter 950L image sensor, backed by LOFIC HDR technology with a 16.5EV dynamic range. Like other Xiaomi flagships, the 17 series will also get the Leica-tuned camera setup. The sensor’s optical coating is said to significantly reduce ghosting, fogging, and glare – promising sharper, more consistent photography even in tricky lighting conditions.
