The S25 Ultra is expected to feature a slightly sleek and curved design with a flat panel at the front. As compared to its predecessors, the upcoming smartphone would be thinner making it measuring just 8.4 mm, which is a reduced thickness. As per reports, the display would also be slightly bigger than the S24, coming with 6.9 inches with an M13 OLED display. The battery is expected to come with 5000mAh.

As far as the camera system is concerned, the upcoming S25 Ultra could feature some of the exceptional and upgraded 50MP ultrawide. There will also be 200MP and an additional 100MP space zoom. The company will also 50MP telephoto lens with variable zoom.
