Realme Narzo 70 5G, Narzo 70x 5G India launch: Realme expanded its Narzo 70 series in India today by launching the Realme Narzo 70 5G and the Realme Narzo 70x 5G. These smartphones join the Realme Narzo 70 Pro 5G that was launched in India last month at a starting price of Rs 19,999. With this, the Realme Narzo 70 series, which includes the Narzo 70x 5G priced at Rs 10,999, has become one of the cheapest 5G phones available in the market right now.

The Realme Narzo 70 5G comes in two variants. While the 8+128GB variant is priced at Rs 15,999, the 8+128GB variant is priced at Rs 16,999. Realme is offering a discount of Rs 1,000 and no-cost-EMI of up to six months on the purchase of this phone. This will reduce the price of the 6GB variant to Rs 14,999 and that of the 8GB variant to Rs 15,999.

Coming to availability, the 6GB variant of the Realme Narzo 70 5G will be up for grabs between 12PM to 2PM on April 25, while the 8GB variant of the device will be available for purchase between 12PM and 2PM on April 29. Both the variants will be available for purchase on Realme.com and Amazon in Misty Forest Green and Snow Mountain Blue colour variants.

The Realme Narzo 70x 5G will also be available in two variants. While the 4+128GB variant is priced at Rs 11,999, the 6+128GB variant is priced at Rs 13,499. Realme is offering a discount of Rs 1,000 on the purchase of 4GB variant and that of Rs 1,500 on the purchase of the 6GB variant. After the discount, the 4GB variant of the Realme Narzo 70x 5G will be available for Rs 19,999, while the 6GB variant will be available for Rs 11,999.

Coming to the sale, the 4GB variant of the Narzo 70x 5G will be available for purchase between 6PM to 8PM on April 24, while the 6GB variant will be available between 12PM and 2PM on April 29. Both these variants will be available on Realme.com and Amazon.

Realme 70 5G specifications and features

The Realme Narzo 70 5G comes with a super AMOLED display with a full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a screen refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 2200Hz. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 that is coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. Additionally, it has a 4356 mm sq VC cooling system to aid in heat dissipation. It runs Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0.

On the battery front, the Realme Narzo 70 5G comes with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W superVOOC fast charging capability, which the company says charges the phone up to 50 percent in 27 minutes. Coming to the camera, the phone has a 50MP colour AI camera and a 2MP portrait camera at the back and a 16MP selfie camera in the front.

Other features include in-display 3D fingerprint sensor, rainwater smart touch and Mini Capsule 2.0. The Realme Narzo 70 5G comes in Sky Blue and Olive Green colour variants.

The Realme Narzo 70x 5G, on the other hand, comes with a 6.72-inch display with a full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a screen refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 950 nits. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ that is coupled with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. It runs Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 and comes with IP54 dust and water resistant coating.

On the battery front, the Realme Narzo 70 5G comes with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W superVOOC fast charging capability, which the company says charges the phone up to 50 percent in 27 minutes. Coming to the camera at the back and an 8MP selfie camera in the front.

The Realme Narzo 70x 5G comes in Ice Blue and Forest Green colour variants.
