Poco M6 Plus 5G launched with Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE: Check price, full specs

Poco has officially launched a new budget smartphone in India dubbed the Poco M6 Plus 5G. The smartphone succeeds the Poco M6 5G and is slightly pricier than the Poco M6 Pro. The smartphone has a dual-tone design and comes with features like a 120Hz screen, 108MP cameras, and a Snapdragon chipset. Let’s see the phone’s price, offers, and specs. Poco M6 Plus 5G price in India, offers, and availability

The Poco M6 Plus 5G is priced at Rs 13,499 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and Rs 14,499 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. However, buyers can get a Rs 1,000 bank discount on credit and debit card transactions. There’s also a Rs 1,000 exchange bonus. You can choose either of the discount offers. The smartphone comes in three colour options, namely, Graphite Black, Ice Silver, and Misty Lavender. Since the device comes in the sub-Rs 15,000 segment, it competes with the likes of Realme Narzo 70 5G, Oppo K12x 5G, CMF Phone 1, Poxo X6 Neo, and Motorola Moto G64 5G. Poco M6 Plus 5G specifications and features

The Poco M6 Plus 5G comes with a design similar to the Poco M6 5G. However, it comes in dual-tone shades. It features a 6.79-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. The punch-hole LCD panel has 550 nits of peak brightness.

There’s a 13MP camera on the front placed in the punch-hole for selfies. There’s a dual-rear camera system on the back with a 108MP main lens and a 2MP macro unit. For comparison, the Poco M6 5G has a 50MP + 0.08MP setup on the rear. The rear camera and the front camera are capable of shooting 1080p videos.

Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Edition). It is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device houses a 5,030mAh battery with faster 33W fast charging support.

It runs on Android 14 OS out of the box and has HyperOS on top. Poco has promised 2 years of Android updates and 4 years of security updates. The device has a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio and a USB Type-C port for charging. It also has an IR blaster for controlling gadgets in your house.
