Moto G45 5G entry-level smartphone goes on sale: Check price, specs

Motorola launched the all-new Moto G45 5G in India last week. The smartphone comes as a budget-friendly package for buyers looking for a device around Rs 12,000. Starting today, the smartphone will be available for purchase in the country in its first sale. Some of its highlights include a vegan leather back finish, a 120Hz screen, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. It also has a big battery with fast charging support.

Moto G45 5G first sale: Price, offers, and availability

The Moto G45 5G is now available for purchase on Flipkart. The smartphone costs Rs 10,999 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and Rs 12,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant. Buyers get a Rs 1,000 instant discount on Axis Bank and IDFC First Bank Credit Card and Debit Card non-EMI and EMI transactions. Including the bank offer, the final price of the phone comes down to Rs 9,999 and 11,999.

There are also offers from Reliance Jio offering total benefits worth Rs 5,000, including a Rs 2,000 cashback and Rs 3,000 vouchers.

Moto G45 5G specifications and features

The smartphone has a vegan leather back finish. Buyers get three colour options to choose from, namely, Brilliant Blue, Brilliant Green, and Viva Magenta. It comes with a 6.5-inch display, featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset powers it. It has 4GB and 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 20W TurboPower charging. Motorola offers the charging adapter in the box.

In terms of the camera, it has a dual-rear camera setup with a 50MP Quad Pixel main lens. It is assisted by a 2MP macro sensor. Upfront, there’s a 16MP camera for selfies. The rear camera can shoot 1080p videos.

The device boots on Android 14 OS out of the box and has Motorola proprietary features like Moto Secure, Moto Unplugged, Family Space, and ThinkShield. As for connectivity, it has dual-SIM 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, and GPS support. It also has a 3.5mm headphone hack and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
