Infinix GT 20 Pro India launch: Infinix launched a new mid-budget smartphone in India today. This new smartphone is a part of the company’s GT series devices, which also includes the Infinix GT 10 Pro to name a few. It comes with a bunch of top-of-the-line features such as a 108MP rear camera, a 5,000mAh battery and MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate processor to name a few. The Infinix GT 20 Pro will be available in two variants in India. While the variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs Rs 22,999, the variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs Rs 24,999. It will be available for purchase in India via Flipkart in Mecha Orange, Mecha Blue and Mecha Silver colour variants starting May 28. As a part of the first sale, the Infinix GT 20 Pro buyers will get a GT Pro gaming kit which includes a GT Mecha Case, GT Cooling Fan and a GT Finger Sleeves free for a limited time.

Infinix GT 20 Pro specifications and features

Coming to the features, the Infinix GT 20 pro sports a 6.78-inch 10-bit FHD+ AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, a 1500Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, 1300 nits of peak brightness, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It is powered by the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate processor that is coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone also includes Pixelworks’ X5 Turbo gaming chip, which brings features such as a 90FPS high frame rate, improved resolution, always-on HDR, and low-latency MEMC technology to the game.

The Infinix GT 20 Pro runs XOS 14. Infinix has promised to provide two years of Android upgrades and three years of security upgrades to the buyers.

Coming to the camera, the Infinix GT 20 Pro sports a triple camera setup at the back, which includes a 108MP primary camera with optical image stabalisation feature, a depth sensor and a macro camera. On the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera.

In terms of battery, the phone features a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging technology. It has three charging modes — hyper charge, bypass charging and PD 3.0 for various charging needs.
