PS5 Ghost of Yotei Edition

Sony has long delighted fans with limited-edition consoles and accessories tied to major game releases, and it seems India may soon get in on the action. The spotlight is now on Sucker Punch Productions’ highly anticipated Ghost of Yotei, set to release on October 2. Along with the game, Sony has revealed a set of themed hardware, including PlayStation 5 consoles, DualSense controllers, and console covers, all inspired by the Ghost of Yotei title.

Coming Soon to India?

Reports suggest that these limited-edition accessories could soon make their way to India. The accessories are also listed on the Sony PlayStation India website, which sort of confirms the reports.

The most eye-catching items in the lineup are the DualSense controllers, expected in two striking designs – black and gold. Both feature motifs drawn from the game’s world and characters, with the gold edition inspired by kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing ceramics with gold, celebrating imperfection. The DualSense controllers feature references to Atsu, the game’s protagonist, with subtle engravings of her Ghost mask, hand-drawn map icons, and her silhouette etched into the design.

PS5 Ghost of Yotei Edition Price, Availability

Reports indicate the DualSense controllers could retail for around Rs 7,490 in India, in line with previous limited-edition releases like the Death Stranding 2 controller. Internationally, Ghost of Yotei PS5 console bundles – including a matching controller – are priced at $599.99 (roughly Rs 53,000). While it’s not yet confirmed whether these bundles will arrive in India, fans are hopeful that Sony will expand availability beyond just controllers.

Beyond their looks, the controllers deliver the same premium gaming experience, with the adaptive triggers, haptic feedback, and other functional features.

TRENDING NOW

With Ghost of Yotei already being hailed as a worthy successor to Ghost of Tsushima, these themed accessories add more excitement. If Sony confirms they’ll be available in India, local players could be among the first outside global markets to enjoy both the game and these exclusive, beautifully crafted collectibles.
