Call of Duty: Season 5 Black Pass arrives for CoD Modern Warfare III, CoD Warzone, CoD Warzone Mobile

Call of Duty update: Activision has announced a major update for Call of Duty players. The game developer has announced Season 5 of the game, which brings new content to Battle Pass, BlackCell, and the Store in CoD Modern Warfare III, CoD Warzone, and CoD Warzone Mobile.

In addition to that, the company said that the Season 5 Battle Pass introduces over 100 rewards, including new Operator Skins, Weapon Blueprints, and base weapons in the game. Players can purchase the premium Battle Pass to earn up to 1,400 COD Points as they progress in the game.

What’s new in CoD Season 5?

Blackcell Season 5

— The Season 5 update brings the ghostly Reckoner to BlackCell offerings alongside BlackCell Operator Skins, and Weapon Blueprints, throughout the Battle Pass.

— Players can purchase BlackCell for full access to the Season 5 Battle Pass along with 1,100 COD Points, 20 Battle Token Tier Skips and earnable BlackCell-alternate content including 7 Tracer Weapon Blueprints and 11 animated Operator Skins.

— Players will also get access to ‘Long Live the King’ SMG and the ‘Malleus’ Sledgehammer in the game. The SMG can have spear, sword, and hammer circle attachments in the front. “An eerie smoke emanates from the weapons, and each one inflicts the “Divine Enforcement” Death Effect on defeated foes,” the company wrote in a blog post.

— BlackCell Operator Skins confirmed to the game include Valeria (x2), Mami (x2), Bantam, Byline, Enigma, Price, Hammer, Ivan, Jet, Luchadora, Homecoming, Knight’s Resolve, Samurai’s Camo and Trophy King.

— Activision says that players who upgrade to BlackCell after purchasing the Battle Pass will also receive 1,100 COD Points back.

New Weapons

— As the time of the launch of Season 5, players will get access to a lot of functional weapons in standard and premium Battle Pass. The list includes Static-HV and New Assault Rifle.

— Players can earn up to 20 Weapon Blueprints in the premium Season 5 Battle Pass. The list includes Aether Tools, Aetherium Crystal, Ray Gun Weapon Case, and Shatter Blast Ammo Mod.

Store

— WWE Superstars Cody Rhodes and Rey Mysterio will be heading to the game in Season 5. These will be available in the store as a part of special bundles.

— Other special bundles that will be available in the game are — WWE — Cody Rhodes Operator Bundle, WWE — Rey Mysterio Operator Bundle, Toon Force 141, Down From The Skies Mastercraft Ultra Skin, Wildlife Wanted: Codfish, Black Hole, Obon Festival, Echo Endo Thunder-Bolt and Underboss Pro Pack.
