Apple has finally introduced a much-awaited feature for its Watch users in India, called Hypertension Notifications. The feature now expands the heart health capabilities to more regions in the country. To recall, the feature was first launched with watchOS 26 in September. It monitors heart data over a 30-day period to detect patterns that may indicate chronic high blood pressure.

The Hypertension Notification feature in the Apple Watch will alert users if it detects consistent signs of hypertension in the person. It will also offer insights into potential health risks.
