Apple holds several product launch events throughout the year, typically introducing new devices in spring, summer, and fall. The company usually hosts a spring event in March or April, followed by its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in June.
On September 12, 2024, Apple introduced the iPhone 16, Apple Watch Series 10, and AirPods 4. A month later, on October 15, Apple released a new iPad mini via a press release. While some might think the company has finished its 2024 product releases, there are strong signs that more devices, particularly new Macs, are on the horizon.
Although there was speculation that the October event might be canceled due to the iPad mini announcement, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman suggests otherwise. He has revealed that Apple may still host an event on October 30, though it may be an online-only event with press releases and hands-on demonstrations. The event is expected to feature the launch of Macs powered by the new M4 chip.
Apple is inviting media/creators at different appointment times throughout the day on 10/30 in my town of LA — they seemingly aren’t bringing a group together to watch a keynote video. So the announcement is online only (video and press releases), as I’ve been indicating. https://t.co/sVk6GjrVeC

With Apple’s product inventory reportedly running low, it seems highly likely that these new devices will be revealed soon.
