All of this hints that Apple could be nearing the release of its first physical store in India. In fact, Apple may launch its first physical store at Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in a few weeks, followed by a physical store at Saket in New Delhi, as per The Indian Express.
This goes in line with the previous reports that stated Apple’s plans of opening a 22,000 sqft store in Mumbai and a 10,000 sqft – 12,000 sqft store in New Delhi.
Other than this, Apple’s primary focus for this year is said to be the long-rumored Mixed Reality headset. The AR/VR headset by the company could be called Apple Reality Pro and may launch sometime before June.
Apple also has its WWDC 2023 event in June, where it will announce software news for all Apple products. Following it, it will launch iPhones as usual in late Q3 or early Q4.
This time around, Apple will finally go all USB Type-C for its iPhone 15 lineup. We are expecting up to four iPhones, all with Dynamic Island support. The iPhone 15 Pro models will be getting a more premium Titanium frame instead of the stainless steel on the iPhone 14 Pro models.
The trio will likely get chip upgrades and will boot on iOS 17, which will be announced at WWDC in June. As Apple plans for physical stores in the country, Apple may also manufacture the new models in India itself.
