How does it work? The new Apple Shop online connects you with a Store member on a video call, who will take you on a virtual tour of all the latest products by Apple to let you make up your mind for the purchase. That means you don’t need to go to the Apple Store to explore the products. If you are in a hurry but don’t want to make a random decision, the latest Apple Shop with a specialist will guide you through. If you are planning to shop online via Apple Shop with a Specialist over video call, then you have to visit the apple.com/in/store and then tap the “Need shopping help? Ask a Specialist.”
After that, click on the “Connect With A Specialist.”
Go to the “Shop live with a Specialist” option, which will connect you with an Apple Store team member quickly.
It must be noted that the specialist will appear on a video call; however, you will remain on audio only.

This will help you shop all Apple Products from the comfort of your home, along with personalised advice, comparison between the various models and the deals that you should know before buying.
