CMF Phone 1 India launch: Nothing’s sub-brand CMF today launched its first smartphone in India. The phone dubbed as the CMF Phone 1 comes with top-of-the-line features such as the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G system-on-chip, a 50MP rear camera, a 5000mAh battery and Android 14 support to name a few.

CMF Phone 1 India price and availability

The CMF Phone 1 costs Rs 15,999 for the base variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. The top model of the phone with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space is priced at Rs 17,999.

The CMF Phone 1 comes in Black, Blue, Light Green and Orange colour variants. It will go on sale in India starting 12PM via CMF India’s official website, Flipkart and other retail partners across the country.

CMF Phone 1 specifications and features

Talking about the design, the CMF Phone 1 comes in Black, Light Green, Blue and Orange colour variants. Out of these, Black and Light Green have a unique texture formed directly into the case while Blue and Orange have a vegan leather finish embedded on top. Additionally, this newly launched phone comes with a detachable back cover, which can be changed as per a user’s mood. Additionally, the phone comes with IP52 dust and water resistant coating.

Coming to the specifications, the CMF Phone 1 comes with a 6.67-inch super AMOLED LTPS display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 8-bit colour, 2,000 nits of peak brightness, up to 120Hz of screen refresh rate, up to 240Hz of touch sampling rate, 960 Hz PWM frequency and support for ultra HDR+ technology.

The CMF Phone 1 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G chipset that is coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space that can be expanded up to 2TB. It runs Android 14-based Nothing OS 2.6. Nothing has promised to provide two years of Android updates and three years of security updates.

As far as the camera is concerned, the CMF Phone 1 has a 50MP primary sensor and a portrait sensor at the back and a 16MP camera in the front. Additionally, it has TrueLens Engine 2.0, which brings support for advanced computational photography algorithms to the phone. This phone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging technology and it has Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6 and GPS for connectivity.
