Asus ExpertBook B3 laptops launched with 13th-Gen Intel CPUs, up to RTX 2050 GPUs: Check price

Asus on Tuesday launched the new ExpertBook B3 laptop series in India. The series comprises two models powered by 13th-generation Intel Core processors paired with integrated or discrete GPU options. Asus ExpertBook B3 models come in two screen sizes – 14-inch and 16-inch panels. They all feature biometric security and boast a rugged build approved by MIL-STD 810H Military-grade certification. Asus ExperBook B3 series specifications and features

Asus’ ExpertBook laptops target business users looking for sleek and powerful machines. They come with an Aluminium build for sturdiness. The new ExpertBook B3404CVA/CVF features a smaller form factor sporting a 14-inch screen. The screen has up to WQXGA resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut. The laptops weigh starting at 1.45kg.

The B3404CVA is powered by 13th-generation Intel U-series and P-series processors. The latter is for those who fancy better performance. There’s up to Intel Core i7-1355U  processor in the U-series, whereas, you can get up to Intel Core i7-1370P vPro processor in the P-series. The laptop has up to 64GB of DDR5-5600 RAM and up to 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 NVMe M.1 SSD storage option.

As for the graphics, there’s a choice of integrated graphics (Intel Iris Xe or UHD) or a discrete GPU (NVIDIA RTX 2050). The laptop packs 50Whr or 63Whr 3-cell Li-ion batteries with up to 65W/90W fast charging support. The laptop has a Chiclet keyboard with a 1.5mm key-travel. The keyboard is accompanied by a Super Large trackpad.

Coming to the ExpertBook B3604CVF, the laptop features a large 16-inch display with up to WQXGA resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut. Due to its larger form factor, the laptop is on the heavier side weighing 1.8 kg.

Just like the B3404CVA model, this one has two chipset series options with multiple processors to choose from. It has up to Intel Core i7-1355U in the U-series and up to Intel Core i7-1370P vPro in the P-series. The RAM and storage options remain the same as the other model. The GPU options also remain the same, i.e. Integrated Iris Xe or UHD/NVIDIA RTX 2050.It houses a 63Whr 3-cell Li-ion battery with up to 65W/90W fast charging support.

Both laptops come with several ports such as a smart card reader, a USB 3.1 Gen Type-C port,  2x Type-A port, a Thunderbolt 4 port, an HDMI port, a 3.5mm combo audio jack, and an RJ45 Giga Ethernet port.
