Microsoft has confirmed that the Windows 10 support is near its end on October 14, 2025. What does it mean? The end of Windows 10 support simply means that the computers which are running Windows 10 will face some restrictions. Will it work normally? However, Microsoft will not provide technical support for any issue related to Windows 10, end of software updates and security updates or fixes. Well, you can continue working on your system with Windows 10 but the lack of security updates will make it vulnerable to viruses and malware after October 14. End Of Windows 10 Soon

Once Microsoft officially ends the support of Windows 10, it is recommended to upgrade your system to Windows 11. If your system does not meet the technical requirements, then you will have to move to a new device which can help you run Windows 11.  

Still in love with the user experience of Windows 10? Then, Microsoft is suggesting an idea to enrol in the Windows 10 Consumer Extended Security Updates (ESU) program. This can protect your system for up to a year. It provides access to critical security updates. Apart from this, it doesn’t provide any technical support from Microsoft or any feature improvements.

How To Update Your System To Windows 11?

If your system supports the latest Windows 11, then this is the simplest way to keep your security intact and move to the supported update. Make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Once you check, then follow these steps: 

  • Go to the Start
  • Open the Settings 
  • Select the Update and Security 
  • Head to the Windows Update and then select Check for updates.
