PS5 Pro official announcement could come sooner than we expected
Gamescom 2024 has played a major role in revealing that the launch of PS5 Pro is not that far.

Sony recently updated the PS5 series with the release of slim variants in the market. And now, rumors have it that the brand is also working on PS5 Pro. The leaks and rumors regarding the Pro variant faded out after the launch of the slim series. However, Gamescom 2024 has stirred the pot once again. A report by wccftech mentioned that the Italian website Multiple heard from a developer that they delayed a game for the launch of PS5 Pro.

And same has been confirmed from multiple sources since then. Moreover, the report also suggested that a developer gave the spec sheet of PS5 Pro and stated that the Unreal Engine 5 will work seamlessly on the upcoming console by Sony. Another major highlight is that the studio from where wccftech got updates from is not a big shot which means by now, a lot of developers could have access to the details related to the upcoming console by Sony. PS5 Pro leaks and rumours
PS5 Pro will have an enhanced ray tracing structure offering 2 to 3x speed with a peak limit of 4x. In addition, the GPU performance will be improved by around 45% with more space and lightning-fast memory. The console will also feature custom machine learning architecture 300 TOPS support at 8-bit to fuel up the PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution (PSSR) upscaling technique.

Other major details regarding the upcoming console by Sony are still under wraps. Nonetheless, expectations are that we will get to know more about the console as soon as there is an official launch date announcement in the play.
