The company on Monday updated its previous announcement blogpost from May last year and mentioned, “This feature is now available on Android devices for all global members.” Also Read: Netflix’s One Piece season 2 release date, new cast, everything to know before it streams
This Mystery Box feature gives users the ability to find new content on the platform. The content in the Mystery Box changes daily and includes shows and characters like “Boss Baby: Back In The Crib”, “Back to the Outback”, Iggy and Rosie from “Ada Twist, Scientist” and more. “Kids, parents and caregivers can enjoy this feature” by logging in to a kids profile.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can access this feature.
“We hope that kids will love the surprise and delight of revealing the next show or film recommended for them,” the streaming giant said.
In July 2021, the company had introduced ‘Kids Top 10 Row’ featuring the most popular children’s content in the viewers’ country and ‘Kids Recap emails’ to give parents a better understanding of their child’s preferences.
For the unversed, Netflix has recently revamped its iOS app which now comes with a new billboard layout, card transitions, animation for profile screens and more. Notably, this is not yet confirmed if Android users will get these updates or not.
