Google is soon going to bring an AI Replies feature that will be available for Pixel smartphones. The code mentions that ‘Call Assist’ will provide AI-powered smart replies on the basis of Call Screen responses. As of now, all the Call Screen replies in the Phone app on Pixel Phones let user drop their response to calls with suggested responses. Let’s say, you get a call for confirmation of appointments, then Google Assistant could create responses for the same like cancel appointment or confirm. news Also Read: Google starts fixing Android Auto issues after users report connection problems

The Call Screen feature already lets users assign Google Assistant to receive incoming calls and ask the callers the reason behind the call. The feature is available in limited regions and it works on all Pixel devices. For example, if someone is getting a call related to a party invite, then they can ask the assistant to either decline or accept the invite. Now, AI Replies will make the whole process more interactive with relevant replies instead of suggested responses. We can expect to see the feature making the lives of the users more convenient in the future.
