Apple has finally rolled out the Apple TV+ streaming application for Android device users. Now, all the Android tablet and phone users will be able to download the app from the Google Play Store. Previously, Android users previously supposed to watch the content via web browsers and third-party streaming platforms to watch the content. The Apple TV application is now compatible with all sorts of devices like tablets, foldable devices, and phones. The best part is now the audience will be able to enjoy classic shows like Severance, The Morning Show, and Ted Lasso as well. In the past, the Apple TV+ service was available through an Airtel subscription under the partnership between the two tech giants. This served as one of the options to watch Apple TV+ content on Android devices. Now, the users will be able to enjoy similar features as we get to see in the iOS version of the application. Some of the most prominent features like watchlists, downloads, and the feature to pick where you left off a show or a movie. One limitation with the same is that the support for the app is not available through Google Cast which could be a turn off for majority of users. In the United States, the Apple TV+ subscription is available for $9.99 per month with one-week trial for the new subscribers. The service will keep offering a single ad-free subscription tier. As for the Indian market, the Apple TV+ is up for grabs in the Indian market Rs 99 per month. And the users will also get to see a seven-day trial. Apart from that, the subscription supports 4K HDR video playback with spatial audio and it will be shareable up to five people. And here for Apple TV+, users will be supposed to pay a higher price to access 4K content.
