Marvel And Fossil Team Up For Limited-Edition Fantastic Four-Inspired Watches

Fossil has unveiled two exclusive timepieces as part of its limited-edition Fossil x Marvel Fantastic Four collection, celebrating characters from the upcoming The Fantastic Four: First Steps movie. The first watch, based on Reed Richards’ iconic wrist-computer, has already sold out. The second model, based on the cosmic villain Galactus, will go on sale worldwide on July 14, 2025, with only 683 pieces available.

Galactus Watch: A Cosmic Collector’s Piece

The new watch, inspired by Galactus, is set to make a strong statement. It has a large 48mm case with art borrowed from Super-Villain Classics: Galactus The Origin #1. It has a glowing silhouette of Galactus against a starry galaxy on the dial, making it have a cosmic look. A full-colour image of Galactus and an engraved limited edition number are etched on the case back.

Driven by a quartz three-hand movement, the Galactus watch comes with a purple metal-link strap to support the space theme. The collector’s set comes in custom packaging and includes a Silver Surfer lapel pin and a certificate of authenticity, highlighting its limited nature.

Reed Richards Watch: Retro-Futuristic and Film-Inspired

The first watch in the series, model LE1210SET, is a replica of Reed Richards’ wrist-computer as seen in The Fantastic Four: First Steps. It combines a negative digital display on top with a traditional analogue quartz dial, featuring three matte black hands. The 32mm silver stainless steel case pairs with a black leather strap, both engraved with the Fantastic Four logo.

With just 804 units produced, this watch was priced at $295 (around Rs 25,300) and quickly sold out after its global launch.

Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps is set to hit theatres in the UK on July 24 and India on July 25. With limited production and design that resonates with characters, these watches are ideal collector’s pieces for watch aficionados and Marvel fans alike.
