The plan is meant to encourage new users to use BSNL’s upgraded 4G network as a trial before committing to either a longer-term prepaid or postpaid plan.
The promotional offer will be available from October 15 to November 15, 2025. There will be a 30-day complimentary access to BSNL’s 4G services for new customers who activate a new BSNL SIM during the promotional period. After the complimentary period ends, the customer can switch to any one of BSNL’s prepaid or postpaid plans, based on their choice.
The Re 1 Diwali Bonanza Plan is part of BSNL’s building momentum. In August 2025, BSNL added a total of 1.3 million new subscribers.
