THOMSON Launches New QLED TVs With JioTele OS In India Ahead Of Big Billion Days Sale: Price, Specs, Features

THOMSON has added two new smart TVs to its lineup in India – a 50-inch and a 55-inch QLED model – both running on JioTele OS. The launch comes just ahead of Flipkart’s Big Billion Days Sale, giving buyers a fresh option to consider during the festive shopping season.

The new TVs come with a slim, bezel-less design and alloy stands that give them a modern touch. Both feature a 4K QLED panel (3840 x 2160 pixels) with HDR10+ support, 1.1 billion colours, and peak brightness of 450 nits. A special Sports Mode has also been included to make live matches more enjoyable.

For audio, the TVs are equipped with 48W speakers and Dolby Digital Plus, promising loud and clear sound for movies, sports, and music. Connectivity options cover dual-band Wi-Fi, HDMI, USB, and screen mirroring. The package also includes a voice-enabled remote with HelloJio Assistant, which understands more than 10 Indian languages.

JioTele OS Experience

The big highlight here is JioTele OS. It not only suggests content from various OTT apps but also gives you access to more than 400 live TV channels. On top of that, there’s JioGames for some casual gaming. Under the hood, the TVs run on an Amlogic chipset paired with 2GB RAM and 8GB storage.

Price in India and Launch Offers

The 50-inch model (50TJQ002) will be available at Rs 19,999, while the 55-inch version (55TJQ0032) is priced at Rs 25,999. Both come with a one-year warranty. Buyers will also receive a free three-month Jio Hotstar subscription and a one-month JioGames pass. On top of that, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank cardholders can claim at least a 10% instant discount.

The THOMSON JioTele OS QLED TVs will be up for grabs on Flipkart starting September 23, 2025.
