Xiaomi 14 Ultra is made up of a single block of Aluminium which is used for the frame of the device making it a robust phone. It has an eco-leather back with an actual camera-like circular island. It has rounded corners for easier grip.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a Quad-curved 12-bit LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2K resolution of 3200 x 1400 pixels. It has Xiaomi Shield Glass protection and 3000 nits of peak brightness. The screen also doubles up as an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone has a quad-camera system with a 50MP LYT-900 1-inch type main sensor. A 50MP 75mm telephoto lens assists it, followed by a 50MP periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. It also has a 32MP selfie camera.
The Ultra is powered by a 4nm-based Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 octa-core processor paired with Adreno 750 GPU for gaming. It has 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.
The device houses a massive 5,000mAh battery that supports 90W wired HyperCharge support. On top of that, there's 80W wireless HyperCharge support making it the only device to have such fast wireless charging in the country.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra is the first phone with HyperOS out of the box. For the unversed, HyperOS is a skin that replaces MIUI. It is based on the latest Android 14 OS.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra is one of the few phones with the latest Wi-Fi 7. It also has Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC support. The device comes with a USB-C port with faster Gen 3.2 speeds.
