New Oppo foldable is in the same segment as Z Flip 5

Oppo recently launched the new Find N3 Flip clamshell foldable phone and it goes against the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5. Since both are priced in a similar range, choosing one can be a daunting task. That said, let's see a clear specs comparison so that you can conclude your buying decision.

Oppo Find N3 Flip sports a 6.8-inch primary display and a 3.26-inch secondary panel. The Z Flip 5, on the other hand, has a 6.7-inch main display and a 3.4-inch cover screen. The cover screen of N3 Flip is tall and narrow, whereas, the cover display of the Z Flip 5 is wide.

The Find N3 Flip has a triple camera setup with a 50MP main lens, 32MP telephoto, and 48MP ultrawide lens. Clearly, the Flip 5 lacks a telephoto lens, which could be handy. Oppo phone also has a 32MP selfie snapper over 10MP on the Samsung foldable.

The Galaxy Z Flip 5 is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which is as powerful as the Oppo Find N3 Flip's Dimensity 9200 SoC. The Oppo foldable has more RAM, 12GB over 8GB maximum in the Samsung foldable.

Battery-wise, the Find N3 Flip takes the lead as it packs a 4,300mAh cell, which is pretty big by a clamshell foldable phone standards. The Samsung flip phone packs a smaller 3,700mAh cell. It also has a slower 25 fast charging. Oppo's phone has faster 44W charging support. However, it lacks wireless charging like the Z Flip 5.
