Samsung appears to be sticking with its minimal upgrade strategy. The Galaxy S26 Ultra looks very similar to the S25 Ultra, focusing more on refinements than a major redesign.
Renders suggest the S26 Ultra may feature narrower bezels, helping the phone look less wide and offering a slightly better full-screen viewing experience.
The punch-hole cutout looks larger on the S26 Ultra, hinting at a possible front camera upgrade, though detailed specifications are still unclear.
Samsung is expected to increase the corner radius on the S26 Ultra, giving the phone a softer and more rounded appearance compared to the sharper S25 Ultra.
The back panel may introduce a vertical pill-shaped camera bump that groups the lenses more cleanly, replacing the separate ring-style layout seen on the S25 Ultra.
Charging could see a noticeable jump, with wired speeds expected to move from 45W on the S25 Ultra to around 60W, while wireless charging may increase from 15W to 25W.
The S26 Ultra is tipped to feature Samsung’s newer M14 OLED panel with improved colour depth and a built-in privacy feature designed to limit viewing angles.
Samsung is also expected to refine the camera system and other internals, suggesting performance and imaging improvements even if the overall design remains familiar.
