Turn on Low Power Mode

You can turn on the Low Power Mode hidden in the Battery setting on your iPhone. This will limit background refresh, saving you some battery by the end of the day. It is worth noting that Low Power Mode automatically turns on when the battery is below 20 percent.

Some apps may genuinely require location services and that's fine, but some apps don't like, for instance, a Wallpaper or a Dictionary app. You can turn Location Services off for such apps. Also, try to keep the 'While Using' option for most apps. You can also turn off Location Services for all apps in one go from the Privacy option in Settings.

It can be annoying to see your phone's screen turn on every time you get the device in your hands. This happens due to the Raise to Wake feature, which you can turn off, and save some battery. Head to Settings > Display & Brightness > Toggle off Raise to Wake.

In the Display & Brightness Settings, you can also tweak the time your phone gets locked automatically. See if it's set to anything above 1 minute as it may drain your phone's battery if you forget to press the lock key. You can set Auto-Lock to a minimum 30 seconds and it may help.

Your iPhone may turn the brightness to the maximum sometimes, especially when outdoors. Turning off Auto-Brightness and manually controlling the brightness may help. Just try to keep the brightness on your iPhone under roughly 50 percent.

Turn off Notifications

We receive more than 50+ notifications every day and that's what's draining our iPhone's battery. While some of these notifications may be of interest, others may be simply trash. You can turn off notifications from apps that you rarely or don't want to receive alerts from. You can do that from Settings and by searching the app, followed by turning off notifications.
