Another day, another outage, this time it’s for Microsoft 365 apps and the Azure Cloud Computing services. Multiple users reported issues with accessing select Microsoft apps and Azure services earlier today. Microsoft has confirmed the same through its X (formerly Twitter) handle, confirming that it has addressed the issues and is investigating the same. This comes more than a week after the major Microsoft-CrowdStrike outage that affected millions of users worldwide at a much larger scale. news Also Read: CrowdStrike shares review of error that crashed Windows PCs: Here's how the worst global IT outage happened

“We are investigating an issue impacting the Azure portal. More details will be provided as they become available.”

Further, Azure support confirmed that the issue has affected users in Europe. This comes a week after the major global IT outage that occurred due to a CrowdStrike update, which affected millions of Windows PC users as well as Microsoft 365 apps. However, unlike the recent outage, this one hasn’t affected everyone, although several users are facing the issue in multiple regions.

But it’s too early to call this a big outage as some people are still able to use Microsoft apps and Azure services like usual. That said, let’s wait and see how the situation unfolds further. We’ll update the status as soon as we receive more information.
