It also uses Garmin’s Clarity polarizer lens and HDR optics to cut windshield glare and keep video quality sharp, even at night. Next is the Dash Cam X210, which can record at higher 1440p quality, and includes Vault cloud storage, so a user can back up important videos online without worrying about losing the video files. The Parking Guard feature is also available in the X210.
Finally, there is the Dash Cam X310, which can film 4K video and includes a touchscreen for quick controls. It also works with the Garmin Drive app, letting users check a live feed or connect multiple cameras for full vehicle coverage.
All Dash Cam X models have built-in GPS to track speed, time, and location details for each individual drive. There is also a G-sensor that can automatically save video if the camera detects any sudden movement or an impact. Drivers can also use offline voice commands to save clips or take snapshots without touching the camera.
The higher-end X110, X210, and X310 models add Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features such as Forward Collision Warnings, Lane Departure Alerts, and Speed Camera notifications. There’s also a “Go” alert that notifies drivers when the vehicle ahead starts moving.
The Garmin Drive app allows users to view, organize, and share their footage. With an optional Vault subscription, owners can access cloud storage, receive Parking Guard alerts, and monitor their car in real time through the Live View feature.
The new Garmin Dash Cam X series is available across Garmin India’s website, Amazon, Flipkart, and leading auto accessory stores. The models are priced as follows: Mini 3 at Rs 15,990, X110 at Rs 20,990, X210 at Rs 26,990, and X310 at Rs 32,990.
