Other than this, some of the phone’s specifications were leaked previously. The smartphone is expected to come with a 6-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a 20:9 aspect ratio and HDR10+ certification.
The device will be powered by a mid-range MediaTek Dimensity chipset. To be specific, it will have the Dimensity 900, which is slightly old now but is still seen in a few phones. It will be paired with Arm Mali G68 GPU.
It will have 6GB of RAM and may come with 128GB of internal storage. The device will boot on Android 13 OS out of the box with Vivo’s FunTouchOS on top.
The smartphone will feature a 64MP main camera on the rear, which will be assisted by two other sensors. The secondary sensor will be an 8MP ultra-wide lens and the third lens will be a 2MP unit.
As it is with Vivo phones, one of the highlights of the phone will be the selfie camera. The device is said to have a 50MP selfie snapper.
The Vivo Y100’s official pricing details are yet to be revealed but if we go by the leaks, the device will be priced at around Rs 27,000. It will likely be available in both online and offline markets in the country.
