Vivo X300, Vivo X300 Pro Design

This year, Vivo is simplifying the lineup by introducing just two models – the standard X300 and the X300 Pro. The base model is positioned as a compact flagship, while the Pro takes the larger, feature-packed route. Vivo X300, Vivo X300 Pro Specifications (Expected)

The X300 is tipped to feature a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, whereas the Pro variant steps up to a 6.78-inch panel. Both are expected to use BOE’s new Q10 Plus OLED with support for 1 nit minimum brightness. The Vivo X300 series will be powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 processor, paired with up to 16GB of RAM. Early GeekBench scores suggest strong performance gains, especially with AI and gaming workloads thanks to improved NPU and ray tracing support. Both models will boot Android 16 with OriginOS 6 out of the box, bringing features like cross-compatibility with Apple devices.

The Vivo X300 is expected to come with a 200MP HPB main camera alongside a 50MP ultra-wide and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The X300 Pro takes things up a notch with a 50MP primary sensor, an 85mm 200MP ZEISS APO telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide. Both models will include a 50MP selfie camera, Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, and advanced stabilisation for sharper shots and steady video.

The X300 will likely pack a 6,000mAh with 90W wired fast charging, while the X300 Pro is expected to house a 6,500mAh unit with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
