Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 to come with 200MP sensor

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is all set to make a debut in the second half of 2025. And the leaks and rumors related to the device have already started appearing on the internet. The smartphone will see an update related to the under-display camera and the selfie camera as well.

A report published by Galaxyclub.nl (dutch), Samsun will come with a 200MP primary shooter. The device will come with a similar main camera that we got to see in the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. And it is also being said that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is going to be the first Z series device outside South Korea to have a 200MP sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is going to be a major upgrade over its predecessor in terms of both camera and performance. Apart from the 200Mp sensors, the device can retain all other sensors from its predecessor.

Most probably, we will get to see a 50MP primary shooter, a 12MP ultra wide-angle shooter, and a 10MP telephoto shooter in the device as well. The smartphone may come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship processor paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage in the base variant.

As for the under-display sensor, the device will come with a 10MP selfie shooter to let people attend video calls and capture selfies. Expectations are that the device will be launched around July 2025 alongside the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7.

Moreover, rumors have it that we will also get to see the first trifold smartphone from Samsung around the same time period. However, Samsung has not announced something officially until now. Keeping that in mind, all the readers are suggested to take the information with a pinch of salt.
