Samsung Galaxy S26 Pro and Xiaomi 16 Pro are some of the most talked about smartphones reported to release in 2026. Both phones are expected to have slim bezels, slim borders around the display. The slim bezels often decide how modern and immersive a device feels. In a recent leak, Ice Universe has a clear picture of how Samsung Galaxy S26 Pro, Galaxy S26 Edge, and Xiaomi 16 Pro will stack up against each other in this design race.

Galaxy S26 Pro Slim Bezels

As per Ice Universe, Galaxy S26 Pro will keep the same bezels as last year’s Galaxy S25. Rather than shaving off more millimeters, Samsung might be following Apple’s approach of consistency. This will surely reduce production costs. While the upcoming device will still look premium, if buyers are looking for an even sleeker front design, then they may find this decision underwhelming.

Galaxy S26 Edge

Talking about the Galaxy S26 Edge, the tipster suggests it might be equipped with curved display edges, giving the impression of slimmer bezels, even if the actual measurements are not drastically different.

Xiaomi 16 Pro

The real standout is the upcoming Xiaomi 16 Pro, which the tipster claims is going to have the thinnest bezels of all three. The tech giant is reportedly using advanced screen technology that’s going to minimize the borders evenly on all sides.

The smartphone will be paired with sharply curved corners, and it could deliver one of the boldest designs in 2025. This might set a new benchmark for bezel innovation in flagship smartphones.

Xiaomi 16 Pro Availability

To recall, Xiaomi has often limited its Pro models to China, but this year is expected to be different, and the company is expected to introduce both a 16 Pro and a larger 16 Pro Max globally, including India.

If these models do launch internationally, smartphone buyers worldwide may finally experience Xiaomi’s bezel-defying design firsthand.
