Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S25 series early next year, including the vanilla Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. As per recent reports, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has been listed on the professional camera database revealing its camera specifications. The Galaxy S25 Ultra has been spotted on the Camera FV-5 platform. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Specifications:

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is spotted on the Camera FV-5 platform with a model number S938U. The model number showcases and reveals the camera design and its specifications. To recall, the same model number was also earlier spotted on the FCC certification website. If reports are to be believed, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a 12.5MP camera along with a 6.3mm focal length. For resolution, it could have a resolution of 4080×3060 pixels along with a 1x magnification factor with a 75.7-degree horizontal and 60.5-degree vertical field of view. Other features of the camera could include f/1.7 aperture and 26.6mm focal length. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra could be equipped with a quad-camera setup, including a 200MP main camera, 50MP ultra-wide sensor, 50MP telephoto 5x sensor, and 10MP telephoto 3x sensor.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. We can expect the upcoming smartphone to launch at a price tag of Rs 75,000 for the base variant, Galaxy S25 at Rs 90,000, and the higher-end model Galaxy S25 Ultra at Rs 1,30,000 in India. The tech giant is also planning to come up with the slimmest smartphone by introducing Galaxy S25 Slim and it could be priced at Rs 70,000 to 80,000.
