Redmi has officially hinted at the India launch of its next Note-series smartphone. Redmi Note 15 India Launch Timeline (Expected)

According to tipster Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh), the Redmi Note 15 is expected to launch in India on January 6. While Xiaomi has not officially confirmed the date yet, the timeline appears to line up with recent certification sightings and Redmi’s usual launch schedule for its Note-series devices early in the year.

Redmi Note 15 Specifications (Leaked)

According to the tipster, the Redmi Note 15 is expected to come with a large 6.8-inch AMOLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is said to be powered by a Snapdragon chipset, though Xiaomi has not yet revealed the exact processor model.

The device is also tipped to pack a 5,500mAh battery or more. In terms of cameras, the Redmi Note 15 could feature a 108MP primary sensor on the back. On the software side, the smartphone is likely to run Xiaomi’s HyperOS out of the box.

What the China Variant Offers

For reference, the Redmi Note 15 5G was launched in China in August. The Chinese model features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.

Camera duties on the China variant are handled by a triple rear setup, led by a 108MP main sensor, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro camera. The phone also includes a 20MP front camera for selfies. It is backed by a 5,520mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.
