Realme has added a new budget-friendly 5G smartphone to its lineup in India – the Realme 15x 5G. It comes with a massive 7,000mAh battery, MediaTek Dimensity chipset, and up to 256GB storage. It is launched under the sub-Rs 20,000 price segment to cater for the budget-conscious buyers who are looking for larger battery backup with decent performance. Realme 15x 5G Specifications and Features
The Realme 15x 5G features a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1,200 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, it packs the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with the Mali-G57 GPU. The phone supports up to 8GB RAM with an additional virtual RAM option and up to 256GB storage, expandable via microSD up to 2TB.
On the camera side, the Realme 15x 5G comes with a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera and a dual-rear setup for flexible shooting. The front houses a 50MP OmniVision selfie camera. Video features include slow-motion, dual-view recording, and cinematic shooting modes.
The smartphone packs a 7,000mAh battery with 60W SuperVOOC fast charging, which should keep heavy users covered through the day. Other highlights include 400% Ultra Volume audio, AI Call Noise Reduction 2.0, and an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
For connectivity, the device supports 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and multiple GPS systems. In terms of design, it retains a slim 8.28mm chassis, weighs around 212g, and continues with the familiar aluminium frame.

The Realme 15x 5G starts at Rs. 16,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 17,999, while the top 8GB + 256GB option costs Rs. 19,999.
You can also get launch offers as an instant Rs. 1,000 discount on UPI or card payments, or a Rs. 3,000 exchange bonus with six months no-cost EMI. The phone is available on Flipkart, Realme’s official website, and retail stores in Aqua Blue, Marine Blue, and Maroon Red colour options.
