Poco F6 launched with Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset: Check price, specs

Poco has unveiled the much-awaited Poco F6 premium mid-ranger in India. The device succeeds the Poco F5 and offers several new upgrades. Some of the highlights of the device include a large 120Hz display, a dual-rear camera system with OIS support, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. The device also has an upgraded battery and fast charging setup. Moreover, it has some software-centric features such as Always on Gesture, motion tracking focus, and Smart Switch for connectivity. Poco F6 India price, offers, and availability

The Poco F6 is priced at Rs 29,999 for the base 8GB + 256GB variant. The 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs 31,999 and the 12GB + 512GB variant costs Rs 33,999. However, with bank offers and the exchange bonus, the final price of the phone comes down to Rs 25,999 for the base variant. The other variants after offers cost Rs 27,999 and Rs 29,999.

The device has two colour options – Titanium and Black. The smartphone will go on its first sale at 12 PM on May 29. It will be available for purchase exclusively on Flipkart. Interestingly, Poco is giving 1+1 year extended warranty support to the buyers in the first sale.

Poco F6 specifications and features

The Poco F6 features a clean design as opposed to the predecessor. It has a plastic body without any patterns on the back. The device sports a 6.67-inch CrystalRes Flow AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The punch-hole panel has 2400 nits of peak brightness and 68.7 billion colours.

In terms of the optics, it has a dual-rear camera system with a 50MP Sony IMX882 main lens with OIS support. It is assisted by an 8MP Sony ultrawide lens to capture wider shots. It has a 20MP camera on the front for selfies. The rear camera is capable of shooting 4K videos at 60fps.

Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core chipset. It has up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 90W Turbo fast charging support. The device will ship with a 120W charging adapter inside the box.

The device boots on Android 14 OS and has HyperOS on top. It has several software-centric features such as Always on gesture that will allow you to pause video or Instagram Reel with your palm. It has dual-SIM 5G support with a Smart Switch feature. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC.
