Oppo to launch Find N2 Flip in India on February 15: Here’s what we know so far

The season of smartphone launches is here and, in this chain, Oppo has revealed that it will soon be launching its foldable phone at a global event. The company today revealed that it will be launching its foldable phone with a clamshell design, dubbed as the Oppo Find N2 Flip, at a global launch event on February 15, 2023. The company also announced that in addition to launching the phone in global markets, it will also be launching the phone in India, making it the first flip phone by the company to arrive in the country. The image shared by the company shows that the Oppo Find N2 Flip will be available in India and everywhere around the globe in Black and Lavendar colour variants. Beyond that, neither the company’s social media handles not its official website in India, reveal anything about the company’s upcoming foldable smartphone. However, we already know most of the details about the Oppo Find N2 Flip as the company launched the foldable device in China in December last year, and now it is taking it global.

Oppo Find N2 Flip: What to expect

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Oppo Find N2 Flip that was launched in China comes with a 6.8-inch primary FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels, an adaptive screen refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. It also sports a 3.62-inch cover display with a 382 x 720 resolution. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ system-on-chip (SoC) that is coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS3.1 storage space. It runs Android 13-based ColorOS 13.0.

Coming to the cameras, the Oppo Find N2 Flip smartphone sports a dual-rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera. Talking about the battery, the Oppo Find N2 Flip is backed by a 4,300mAh dual-cell battery that is coupled with 44W SuperVOOC charging technology.
