OnePlus 15 Live Images Leaked Ahead Of Launch: Check New Look And Expected Specifications

The OnePlus 15, expected to launch as the successor to the OnePlus 13, has made its way online through leaked live images. A unit of the device was allegedly spotted during the Elite Gaming League Finals in China, and the pictures have since surfaced on Weibo. Unlike its predecessor’s circular camera island, the OnePlus 15 is seen with a rectangular module placed on the top-left corner, giving it a fresh look. The leaked image shows a white colour variant, adding to the previously rumoured Absolute Black, Dune, and Mist Purple options. The rectangular camera island houses two sensors inside a pill-shaped slot, while a third sensor and LED flash are placed separately. OnePlus 15 Expected Specifications

Apart from the leaked design, the previous reports have suggested that the OnePlus 15 could pack some serious upgrades under the hood. It is expected to feature a 6.78-inch flat 1.5K LTPO OLED display with up to 165Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it may pack the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM, and running Android 16 out of the box. Also Read: Is OnePlus Working On A Turbo Series? The phone is also rumoured to feature a massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. This could make it one of the largest battery capacities we’ve seen on a mainstream flagship. To add to the leaks, the OnePlus 15 has also been spotted on Geekbench, and it scored 3,709 in single-core and 11,000 in multi-core tests, a significant leap from its earlier prototype results.

For photography, the OnePlus 15 is expected to bring a triple 50MP setup, which includes a periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. The setup is said to be backed by the company’s new DetailMax Engine instead of the Hasselblad. 

However, the final details will be confirmed with its official launch, which is expected by the end of this year in China and the early next year in India.
