Apple is reportedly planning major upgrades for this year’s iPhone lineup. The Pro models, specifically, will get the best features, such as bigger screens, sturdier bodies, and even better cameras. A new report has claimed that Apple could also introduce a new colour option in the iPhone 16 Pro series, ditching the blue colour in favour of rose. Both Pro models will feature the new colourway, but it will not be the same as the rose gold option we saw on the iPhone 6s. news Also Read: Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale: iPhone 16 Pro And iPhone 16 Pro Max Deal Prices Revealed; Under Rs 70,000?

A Weibo user who goes by OvO (via 9to5Mac) has claimed the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be available in a rose gold option. It will have a pink shade, but not the kind of pink you have seen on previous rose gold iPhone models. It is hard to tell what exactly the upcoming rose colourway will look like since no photos are available, but it may be a good change for people looking for subtle colours. The tipster said it will not be bold or dark pink, which you may otherwise see on the non-Pro models this year. news Also Read: iPhone 17 Pro Vs iPhone 16 Pro: Is It Worth The Upgrade? The new leak corroborates previous reports from renowned Apple insider Ming-Chi Kuo. Apple, traditionally, will not confirm anything before the launch in September.

Apple’s upcoming iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will continue using titanium, so they look premium while offering durability. However, whether or not Apple will bring titanium to the standard models is currently unclear. Apple introduced titanium finishes on the Pro models with last year’s iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, causing their prices to go slightly up compared with their predecessors.

Other reports have hinted that the entire iPhone 16 lineup will feature a new Camera button for easy access to the camera app, possibly meant for creators. The regular iPhone models may also get the Action Button that debuted with the iPhone 15 Pro series. The iPhone 16 Pro duo may also boast slightly bigger displays, while the standard models may continue to stick to a 60Hz refresh rate on their same-sized displays.
