Acer TravelLite specifications

The new Acer TravelLite has a 14-inch Full-HD LCD, offering vivid visuals, which the company says will be suitable for multimedia editing and playing high-definition videos, thanks to integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics. It is stuck at a 60Hz refresh rate, which will hold it back from offering a high-end gaming experience. Powering the laptop are Intel Core processors, featuring a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) that is mandatory to run Windows 11. Other security standards include a discrete TPM 2.0, BIOS with supervisor passwords, a Kensington lock slot, and an optical fingerprint reader. The laptop has an aluminium body with a 180-degree hinge design and MIL-STD 810H certification for military-grade durability.

Packing up to 1TB of SSD storage options and 64GB of DDR4 RAM, the Acer TravelLite laptop comes with USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, USB-C ports, and other connectivity options such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It packs a 36Whr battery pack with an optional 49Whr 4-cell pack that can extend the battery life up to 10 hours. It also supports 45W and 65W fast charging speeds available on power adapters according to user choice. Acer claims the built-in click pad uses Microsoft Precision multi-gesture and scrolling functions to offer better navigation to users.

“With its robust processors, durable construction, and eco-friendly design, TravelLite reflects Acer’s commitment to innovation in Make in India efforts. This device offers professionals a reliable and high-performance computing solution that adapts to their changing needs, enabling uninterrupted productivity while on the move,” Sudhir Goel, chief business officer at Acer India, said in a statement.
