For the unversed, Spotify’s Offline Mode lets users listen to all the songs that they have downloaded for offline listening. But there’s a catch. The feature to download songs for offline listening is not available in the free version of the music streaming app. Instead, users will need a Spotify premium subscription. How to download songs in Spotify app

On your Android phone and iPhone

Step 1: When you are online, open the Spotify app on your Android phone or iPhone.

Step 3: Tap the downward facing arrow or the Download button at the top. Once you do that, the track will be downloaded to Your Library. You will see a green-coloured download button when the song has been successfully downloaded.

On your PC

Step 1: When you are online, open the Spotify app on your PC. This feature will not work with the platform’s web-based interface.

Step 2: Go to the song that you want to download.

Step 3: Tap the downward facing arrow or the Download button at the top.

How to find downloaded songs in Spotify on Android phone, iPhone

Step 1: Open the Spotify app on your Android phone or iPhone.

Step 2: Go to the Your Library menu. This option will be available at the bottom of the app.

Step 3: Look for the songs with green coloured downward arrow to identify songs that have been downloaded in the app.

Step 4: Swipe left and select the Downloaded filter to find all your downloaded songs in one place.
