The secret to getting Netflix for free lies in the mobile recharge plan that you use. Telecom operators offer prepaid and postpaid plans bundled with free Netflix. So, all you need to do is, instead of subscribing to your usual mobile recharge plan, go for the ones with bundled Netflix subscriptions. This way you can effectively get Netflix for free. Airtel’s Rs 1,499 prepaid plan
The Rs 1,499 Airtel recharge plan offers unlimited local calls and 100 SMS per day. It also gets you 3GB of data per day. What’s more, is that you get Netflix Basic for free with this plan. Basic plan allows you to watch Netflix in 720p on all devices, including TVs, laptops, and mobile phones. The validity of the plan is 84 days.
Jio’s Rs 1,499 prepaid plan
Similar to Airtel, Jio also has a Rs 1,499 plan that offers Netflix Basic, unlimited calls, 100 SMS per day, and 3GB of daily data for 84 days.
Jio’s Rs 1,099 prepaid plan
Jio prepaid users can also go with the cheaper Rs 1,099 plan. This plan offers Netflix Mobile, unlimited local calls, 100 SMS per day, and 2GB of daily data. Do note that this is a Mobile-only plan, which means you cannot watch shows and movies on the big screen like TV or laptop.
