Many of us created our Facebook accounts long back. However, smartphones were not as popular back then and people relied on Facebook’s website to connect and chat with friends. Facebook users increased the smartphone app’s adoption over time, while other devices such as tablets, gaming consoles, and televisions also began supporting the Facebook app. The result: multiple sign-ins on different devices. There are two ways to find linked devices: using the Facebook mobile app and from the Facebook website. Also Read: How I recovered my WhatsApp chats after losing everything in one click
— Open the Facebook app on your smartphone and tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
— Scroll down to find the Settings & Privacy option and then choose Settings.
— Head to the Security and Login option and find the Where You’re Logged In option.
— A list of all linked devices will appear on the screen, along with their location and browser information.
— To remove a device, tap the three dots next to the device’s name and select Log Out.
— Go to your Facebook account on a Web browser by logging in.
— Click the downward arrow in the top right corner of your Facebook screen and then choose the Settings & Privacy option.
— Now, choose Settings and then head to the Security and Login option in the left menu.
— Look for the Where You’re Logged In option where all your linked devices will appear.
— Click the three dots next to the device name you want to remove.
After de-linking a device from your Facebook account, you may want to change your password to enhance security. You may also choose to log all devices out of your Facebook account and sign in to the ones you want to use.
