PlayStation Plus members have plenty to look forward to this September. Sony has confirmed that three very different but equally exciting games will be available from September 2 – Psychonauts 2, Stardew Valley, and Viewfinder. Whether you’re in the mood for a quirky adventure, a cozy farming sim, or a puzzle game that bends reality, this lineup has something for everyone. If you love story-driven adventures with a touch of humour, Psychonauts 2 is the game to try. You play as Razputin “Raz” Aquato, an acrobat and young psychic who finally joins the secret organization of psychic spies. But things aren’t as smooth as they seem – their leader is acting strangely after a kidnapping, and there’s a mole inside headquarters. Packed with quirky missions, customisable psychic powers, and plenty of laughs, the game is as weird as it is wonderful. Stardew Valley is really about slowing down and enjoying the simple things. You take over your grandfather’s old, run-down farm and slowly bring it back to life. Your days are filled with planting crops, fishing by the river, exploring mines, and getting to know the townsfolk who give the valley its charm. It’s cozy, heartfelt, and the kind of game that feels like a gentle escape whenever you need one.
Then comes Viewfinder, a game that plays with perception in the most creative way. Using a magical instant camera, you can turn photos, sketches, and even postcards into real objects that reshape the world around you. It’s a puzzle adventure that constantly surprises you, both visually and mentally.
Don’t forget – Lies of P, DayZ, and My Hero One’s Justice 2 from August’s lineup are only available until September 1. Make sure to add them to your library before they’re gone.
With this mix of adventures, cozy gameplay, and brain-teasing puzzles, September looks like a fantastic month for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
