Samsung has launched a new gaming monitor – the Odyssey G7 G75F. The device joins the company’s signature Odyssey lineup of gaming monitors. The Samsung 37” Odyssey G7 G75F gaming monitor is listed on the company’s Malaysian website for RM 4,399 (approx. Rs 91,200). The global launch date of the monitor is currently unknown. The Odyssey G7 G75F sports a 37-inch VA panel with a 1000R curvature. It offers a 4K UHD resolution (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) and a 165Hz refresh rate. The gaming monitor delivers a 1ms response time. The panel can deliver peak brightness up to 350 nits. The gaming monitor also comes with features like Picture-in-Picture (PiP), Black Equalizer, Ultrawide Game View, and Virtual Aim Point. The monitor supports HDR10+, VESA DisplayHDR 600, and up to 1.07 billion colours. The new Odyssey monitor covers 99% of the sRGB and 90% of DCI-P3 colour gamut. Certified for Windows 11, it features AMD FreeSync Premium Pro for smooth gameplay. For comfortable viewing through long sessions, the Odyssey G7 G75F gets an Eye Saver Mode and Flicker-Free technology.
The Samsung gaming monitor is equipped with a height-adjustable stand that goes up to 120mm. It supports tilt between –5 to 20 degrees and swivel between –20 to 20 degrees.
The Odyssey G7 G75F lacks built-in speakers. In terms of ports and connectivity, the monitor is equipped with two HDMI 2.1, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, a USB-B upstream, a DisplayPort 1.4, and a headphone jack.
In the box, there is a 1.5m power cable, a DisplayPort cable, and a USB 3.0 cable. The monitor doesn’t feature a USB-C port. The 37-inch Odyssey G7 G75F’s standalone weight is 7.2 kg, which reaches up to 11.2 kg with the stand.
